Anyone make a higher, off-road exhaust system or header for the Savage?

I'm looking for a highpipe setup for the Savage like that of the old BSA Victor and Gold Star thumpers, or the '73-74 Triumph TR5T *Trophy Trail* offroad bikes. Anybody know of anything in that line, or has anyone cobbled together something that works from other bits?
